In January of 2025 the church decided to make some major changes to the third floor of our sanctuary building. This space which is old Sunday school rooms has been largely untouched and used for storage. We decided to turn it into office space for non-profits, folks providing affordable mental health care, and spiritual direction in Raleigh. We have multiple renters who are all non-profits who serve the Raleigh area currently in our space. We work by allowing nonprofits who might not be able to afford space in Raleigh to rent from us at a lower cost, and then we have additional income to sustain the church. Our hope is too maintain our historic space, increase the church income so that we can continue to be a viable business, and most importantly partner with the community to provide necessary services, like affordable mental healthcare, to people in Raleigh.

We redid the bathrooms, refinished our historic hardwood floors, updated plumbing, painted the space, updated light-fixtures, installed keyless entry into the building, outfitted the rooms with basic furniture such as electric standing desks and couches, and they are ready to be rented!

For $1000 a month you can rent one of our four brand new spaces. Each office includes; 

-Secure internet (we just upgraded our network) and utilities
